Legalization

Upon visiting the Migration Service accompanied by our translator, we will submit all the original documents, and your fingerprints will be taken. At this point, the Argentine Migration Service initiates the evaluation process for your residency in the country and issues the corresponding protocol.

After the documents are submitted, your status will no longer be classified as "tourist." Instead, you will be considered a residence applicant, granting you the privilege to remain in the country for as long as needed. During this time, you can engage in business activities, fulfill tax obligations, open bank accounts, and, if necessary, travel across the border and return to Argentina without any impediments.
