Residency

When visiting the Migration Service with our translator, all original documents will be submitted, and your fingerprints will be taken. At this point, the Argentine Migration Service will begin processing your residency application and issue the corresponding protocol.

Once your documents have been submitted, your status will shift from "tourist" to "residence applicant," allowing you to legally stay in Argentina for as long as needed. This change in status also enables you to engage in business activities, open bank accounts, fulfill tax obligations, and travel in and out of Argentina without restriction.
